Having worked in recruitment for over 12 years, Rob has delivered hundreds of successful assignments globally. To complement and further enhance his versatility, Rob has spent 15 years working with organisations across the UK, alongside establishing multiple businesses within sectors including Agriculture, Environment (Carbon Offsetting) and Executive Search, before founding EconExec in 2022.
Rob’s specialism lies in sourcing Economists and Finance leaders internationally from his extensive network of connections and contacts, developing lasting relationships. With a strong passion for travelling, spending time in Australia, Asia and Europe Rob has been able to develop his understanding of local economic markets, greatly improving his ability to match the right professionals to the right climate and organisation.
Outside of business, Rob prioritises finding a healthy work/life balance by spending time with his young family and keeping fit, particularly enjoying walking, cycling, golf and karate.
